The Bristol restaurant is housed in a restored leadworks on a quiet square in the Bristol Harbourside and retains some of the original industrial features. In summer, the restaurant offers al fresco dining on the square.

Since its opening in 2000, the Firehouse Rotisserie has built up an excellent reputation for top-quality food, ambience and service, appealing to business people, romantic couples, and diners of all ages. It is also found favour with families as the restaurant does cater for children and is located in the heart of the @ Bristol science park, between the Imax Cinema, Wildwalk and the Explore Science Museum. The Bristol Hippodrome and the Historic Waterfront are only a few minutes walk away.
