Richard and Katie Fenton's many years experience as caterers in Los Angeles, California was the inspiration for the Firehouse Rotisserie. With eclectic flavours and influences drawn from the American Southwest, Mexico, the Pacific Rim and Creole cuisine, the Firehouse offers a menu with a delicious twist served in a warm and rustic atmosphere.

There are two locations, both in unusual, restored buildings, one in the heart of Bristol situated in the @Bristol Complex near the Harbourside waterfront and the other in the centre of the Historic City of Bath.

The open kitchen, which produces mouth-watering rotisserie chicken, Pacific and South Western grills, gourmet brick-fired pizzas and a variety of inventive salads and specials, is a feature of the Firehouse Rotisserie where customers can watch the chefs at work. The menu, which changes seasonally, offers an array of tempting choices such as Crayfish and Rocket Salad with Lemon Tarragon Dressing, Texas Spice-rubbed Rotisserie Chicken with Jalapeno Coleslaw and Pacific Crab Cakes with Avocado Salsa. Favourite desserts include Double Chocolate Brownie with Coconut Ice Cream and Ancho Cherry Berry Crumble.

The Wine list was designed especially to compliment the Firehouse Rotisserie menu by Philip Addis of Great Western Wine and features a selection of carefully chosen New World wines and stunning classics at reasonable prices.

The restaurants are open for lunch from 12:00pm-2:30pm and dinner from 6:00pm-11:00pm

Both restaurants are non-smoking throughout.
